RealityPlan Performance Boost

  • Frame rate performance in RealityPlan has been improved by up to 200% in some scenarios, particularly on lower-end machines. This results in smoother navigation and a more responsive user experience when interacting with large environments.

RealityConnect™ for Revit Release

Improve and streamline design process workflows with Prevu3D’s RealityConnect for Revit.

Reverse engineering CAD models from point clouds and meshes in Revit is complex and time-consuming. Point clouds make isolating specific assets challenging, and Revit struggles with large meshes and long loading times for extensive datasets. Our plugin allows users to:

  • Load full point cloud scans at a low resolution for an overview and then clip specific areas for a higher resolution.
  • Maintain the integrity of textures and materials when importing meshes.
  • Save time by isolating assets with RealityAssets, loading only trimmed point cloud and mesh components from Prevu3D into Revit.
  • Sync new Revit elements back to Prevu3D as CAD assets.
  • Utilize meshed assets as visual references and context for specific parts of your project.
