This new partnership between Prevu3D and BIMstream will expand our capabilities and offerings, particularly for complex buildings with intensive MEP, above-ceiling capture and 3D modeling.

Founded in Boston and with an additional office in Los Angeles, BIMstream is setting the standard for the industry. Every month, the company captures/scans between 5 and 10 million square feet of data to create detailed digital twins. Utilizing the latest technologies, they take a multi-phase scanning execution approach and employ an array of sensors to provide unparalleled quality, accuracy and reliability to laser surveying. Their team of architects, engineers, and field crews have expertise in combining cutting-edge technology with world-class expertise to solve tough challenges. They have scanned, modeled, and delivered tens of millions of square feet of accurate 3D data, designed robots to survey hazardous sites, rendered photo-realistic VR spaces, and more.

BIMstream will integrate their complex datasets with Prevu3D to deploy highly detailed virtual spaces to support their clients’ unique needs. The partnership will help to continue our digital twin expansion in the North American market, particularly within the architecture, engineering, construction, and owner sectors.
