Prevu3D is an emerging software company on a mission to make the benefits of 3D reality capture technologies accessible to Engineers and Project Managers in the manufacturing industry. Our platform provides a novel way to visit and reorganize industrial environments, easily and playfully.

Mission:

We are looking for communicative candidates as ambitious as us. Who is proactive and passionate about caring for a long-term relationship with the corporate clients on a global basis. You will act as a point of contact for Prevu3D clients, building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with them, while striving to find the best solution for their current needs.
You would also help internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect, and keeping accurate records.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about the end-user’s behaviour.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Identifying industry trends.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in sales, communications, or related field.
  • Education or experience in computer science or engineering is an asset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French and English (Business bilingual).
  • Knowledge of software and platforms such as or similar to HubSpot, Slack, Google Suite MS Project, and Office 365.
  • Proficiency with GoogleMeet, Teams, WebEx, GoToMeeting and Zoom teleworking and teleconferencing platforms.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data, including exceptional mastery of all Excel functions.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • In-depth and precise knowledge of the company’s products and competitors.
