Glover brings more than 30 years of board-level strategy and corporate development experience across global technology and software companies. He has led over 25 acquisitions and strategic transactions totaling more than $10 billion, including 18 transactions during his tenure at Aspen Technology, where he helped triple revenue to $1.1B and grow market capitalization from $4B to $15B prior to the company’s acquisition by Emerson.
Glover has served on the Prevu3D Board of Directors since August 2023, giving him deep familiarity with the company’s technology, market positioning, and long-term vision. He also serves on the board of Arundo Analytics and has held senior leadership roles at AspenTech, Avid Technology, Oracle, and JPMorgan.
