Customer Success Manager

Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager plays a strategic and supportive role, working closely with our Account Managers and the Marketing team to ensure the success of our clients with the Prevu3D products.

Prevu3D is an emerging software company on a mission to help engineers and key stakeholders in the food production, automotive, energy and manufacturing industries. Our end-to-end platform uses reality capture data to create the most realistic digital twins in the market.
As a Customer Success Manager at Prevu3D you will
- Onboard new customers efficiently, ensuring a positive start to their journey.
- Proactively engage with clients for renewals and manage churn effectively to boost customer retention.
- Actively collect and close feedback loops, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships by consistently delivering value, fostering loyalty, and becoming a trusted partner in customer success.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to understand and address customer needs.
- Liaise with the marketing team to enhance user insights, facilitating strategic initiatives for improved customer experience.
- Champion the customer’s needs as the voice of the customer within the organization.
On the support part of the role, you will
- Identify and address customer needs, guiding them in utilizing specific product features effectively.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions, contributing to continuous improvement and enhanced user experience.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups with customers to guarantee the resolution of their technical issues and overall satisfaction.
- Gather valuable customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive strategic enhancements and communication.
You’re the perfect match for us if you have
- A BS in applicable major required. A Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Software Engineering or a similar major is a plus
- Prior experience with B2B SaaS products
- Presentation skills – both online and in person, and excellent communication skills are a must
Helpful assets
- You’ve worked in a fast-moving tech start-up
- Previous experience working with BIM, digital twin, or 3D scanning
- General knowledge of the manufacturing, automotive, energy, construction, or mining industries
