We’re excited to announce that Prevu3D v3.20 has been released! This major release affects both the web and desktop versions of the product.

Load massive models in the cloud!

We have drastically reduced our performance requirements using advanced processing techniques and memory management technology. You can now open MASSIVE models using our web solution without any limits (Until proven wrong). This is an exciting milestone for our customers using our web application collaborative toolset, enabling millions of square meters of our high quality environments to be viewed in a web browser!

Object animation and path planning!

The object animation feature is now available for all users with a design seat! This  new feature aims to help our users validate and demonstrate the integration or removal of equipment. The animation toolset, combined with our collision detection feature allow to quickly and efficiently validate and communicate the proposed path to all project stakeholders.  This version also brings a more convenient user workflow for creating and editing animation paths, and it works on both the web and desktop versions of the product.

Connect live data to Prevu3D!

Prevu3D users can now add data and live feeds while they work in the software using our latest beta feature. This new feature will allow you to attach live assets and data from external RestAPIs and create dashboards with widgets. With connectors you can convert external feeds into connected dashboards so you can analyze up-to-the-minute live data in context while widgets allow you to create dashboards with a single click.

When designing a new space, or planning renovations to an existing building, it’s important to consider and validate accessibility.. Our new wheelchair navigation mode aims to make this task a breeze!

Improved UI

Updated navigation menu
This new release includes improvements to the menu system. The new, simplified and smart menu remembers your preferred navigation mode. We also updated the toolbar menu to match the new navigation menu style,, and made it more responsive.

Presets accessibility

Presets are now accessible from the rendering style top menu, giving you a faster access to this useful toolset.
